Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of receiving your completed order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Media

  Carefully place your original media and the provided digital copies back into the original Legacybox crush-proof packaging to ensure items remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Processing

  Once received, our technicians will review your items; we will then perform a re-transfer for quality issues or process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
